1. Placement

Placement Key Points:

  • Surface Preparation: Start by ensuring your surface is clean and smooth. Make sure the material you're working on has no wrinkles.
  • Alignment: Be gentle when handling the transfer film. Avoid bending it too much to prevent creases.
  • Transfer Handling: Handle the transfer film gently to avoid creases or smudges that could affect the final print quality.

2. Pressing

Pressing Key Points:

  • Temperature and Time Settings: Adjust your heat press to 310°F (about 154°C). Set the pressure to medium or high. Press for about 10 to 11 seconds for the best results.
  • Pressure: Make sure the pressure is spread out evenly. Change the pressure based on how thick your material is.
  • Safety Tips: Always wear gloves that resist heat. Keep a safe distance from the heat press plate to avoid getting burned.

3. Peeling

Peeling Key Points:

  • Peeling: After waiting for 5 seconds, hold the corner of the film. Carefully peel it at a steady angle and speed.
  • Troubleshooting: If any part of the design hasn't transferred, press it once more for a few seconds. Then, attempt to peel it again.
