RETURN POLICY FOR SAM'S DTF TRANSFERS

At Sam’s DTF Transfers , your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please reach out to us before taking any further action — we’ll do everything possible to make things right.
By placing an order with us, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have reviewed our Shipping, Return, and Refund policies.

Reprints & Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund or reprint window for eligible issues.

What qualifies for a free reprint:
Print quality or adhesion issues caused during production
You received the wrong item due to our mistake

What doesn’t qualify for a refund or reprint:
You ordered the wrong size, design, color, or quantity at checkout (applies to all products)
Low-resolution artwork, sizing errors, or layout mistakes made in the Gang Sheet Builder (applies to both DTF and UV DTF products)
Faulty, low-resolution, or incorrect files uploaded to the "Upload Your Gang Sheet" product (applies to both DTF and UV DTF)
Refunds for other reasons (outside of printing defects or fulfillment errors) are reviewed and approved by management on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos to support@samsdtftransfers.com .
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that’s totally different from what you ordered (wron item or not yours), contact us within 7 days.
We will:
Ship the correct item
Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item

Shipping Delays
We do not offer refunds for delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
Only overnight shipping services are guaranteed
If your overnight delivery is delayed, you may request a refund for the overnight shipping fee
Standard and express shipping options are not guaranteed and are not refundable if delayed

Return & Refund Process
Email support@samsdtftransfers.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
Include clear photos if your item is defective or incorrect
Wait for instructions from our support team before returning anything
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them.
After 30 minutes, cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on whether production has started.
We are not responsible for order errors such as wrong size, design, or quantity submitted during checkout.
