RETURN POLICY FOR SAM'S DTF TRANSFERS

At Sams DTF Transfers, we strive to provide the best quality custom DTF transfers and outstanding customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process should you need to return an item.


Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF transfers, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom designs once they are processed. Please review your designs thoroughly before confirming your order.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a transfer that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the damaged item, and we will be happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.


Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and send out the correct item as soon as the incorrect one is returned.


Return/Refund Process:

Contact our Customer Service team at support@samsdtftransfers.com with your order number and the issue you are facing. Please provide photos showing the problem.

Wait for a response and instructions from our team.We will do everything we can to make our customers happy.


Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. Since our custom DTF transfers are made to order and our printers are running all the time,  cancellations made after this window may not be allowed.
