Qualifying orders submitted before 2 PM Central Time are eligible for same-day production at our Richardson, Texas facility. Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

How is the height of my DTF transfer determined?
The selected size represents the width of the transfer. We automatically calculate the height based on your artwork’s original aspect ratio. For example, a square design selected at 10" wide will be approximately 10" tall.
Can I request a specific width and height?
Yes. Select the closest available width and enter your required dimensions or placement instructions in the personalization field. Changing both dimensions may require adjusting or cropping the artwork, so provide clear instructions with your order.
What DTF transfer size should I choose for a shirt?
Common starting points are 3"-4" for pocket designs, 6"-8" for youth shirts, 9"-10.5" for adult T-shirts, and 10"-11.3" for hoodies and sweatshirts. The ideal size depends on the garment, artwork shape and desired placement. Review our DTF Transfer Size Chart before ordering.
What file format should I upload?
A transparent PNG created at 300 DPI and at the intended print size is recommended. Supported PDF, SVG, AI and JPEG files may also be uploaded. High-resolution artwork with clean edges will produce the best results.

Qualifying orders submitted before 2 PM Central Time are eligible for same-day production. Large orders, artwork problems or designs requiring changes may need additional production time. Shipping time is separate and depends on the delivery method selected at checkout.
How do I apply DTF transfers?
Set your heat press between 290-310°F. Apply medium pressure for 7-10 seconds and peel the transfer while hot. Re-press for 3-5 seconds using parchment paper or a protective sheet. Test the settings before beginning a full production run.
Which fabrics can I use with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends and many compatible performance fabrics. They can be applied to both light- and dark-colored garments. Heat-sensitive or specially coated materials should be tested before production.
