What Is an Upload-Ready DTF Gang Sheet?
An upload-ready gang sheet is a complete print layout created before ordering. Every design is already sized, positioned and arranged on a 22-inch-wide canvas at the final print dimensions.
Choose this option when your layout is fully prepared in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or another design program and no online arrangement is needed.
We print the submitted layouts at the selected dimensions. Please confirm that the combined length of your uploaded files matches the total sheet length purchased.

New to upload-ready gang sheets? Don’t worry. Our production team reviews submitted layouts for common print-quality concerns and may contact you by email when clarification is needed.
For the best results:
- Use a 22-inch-wide canvas
- Prepare artwork at the final print dimensions
- Upload high-resolution artwork — 300 DPI at the final size is ideal
- Use a transparent background
- Prepare colors in sRGB mode
- Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed images
- Check small text, fine details and spacing
- Remove unwanted backgrounds, shadows and stray pixels
- Confirm that the combined file length matches the purchased length
- Review every file before placing your order
DTF printers use CMYK and white inks, so some colors may print slightly differently than they appear on a backlit screen.

A DTF gang sheet combines multiple designs into one 22"-wide printable layout, maximizing film use and lowering your per-print cost. Upload your finished, print-ready file and we move qualifying orders into same-day production and ship nationwide — ideal for bulk runs and small batches alike.
Export at 300 DPI on a 22" wide canvas. We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI and JPEG files up to 500MB. Use a transparent background (PNG) and keep all artwork inside the 22" width. We print your file exactly as uploaded — please double-check sizing before ordering.
All transfers are tested for perfection with a 100% satisfaction guarantee — designed for long-lasting color and flexibility when properly applied and cared for, printed on premium PET film with eco-friendly inks.
Qualifying orders placed before 2 PM Central Time may be eligible for same-day production. Orders above $99 qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Set your heat press to 290–310°F, medium pressure, press for 7–10 seconds, peel hot, then re-press 3–5 seconds for an ultra-soft finish.
If there is any issue, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will assist with reprints or refunds. Reprints cover print-quality issues, not artwork-quality issues, since we print files as uploaded.

An upload-ready DTF gang sheet is a complete print layout created before ordering. All designs should already be sized, positioned and arranged on a 22-inch-wide canvas at the final print dimensions.
Your gang sheet must be 22 inches wide. The length of your prepared artwork should match the sheet size selected on the product page.
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is recommended. Prepare raster artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the final print size. Print-ready PDF and Adobe Illustrator files may also be uploaded, but all fonts, backgrounds and design details should be carefully reviewed before ordering.
Yes. You may upload up to eight separate 22-inch-wide, print-ready gang sheet files in one order. Their combined length must equal the total sheet length selected.
For example, with a 22″ × 720″ selection, you may upload three different 22″ × 240″ gang sheet files.
Yes. Transparent backgrounds help prevent unwanted white or colored areas from printing around your designs. Open the exported file before uploading and confirm that no background, shadows or stray pixels remain.
Yes. Download your completed Canva design as a high-quality PNG with Transparent Background enabled.
If you cannot remove the background or are unsure about the exported quality, email an editable Canva link to support@samsdtftransfers.com and include your order number. Confirm that the Canva link is set to “Can edit” before sending it.
Yes, but live text may change if a custom font is missing or unavailable. Save an editable backup, then convert live text to outlines before uploading. For the most predictable result, export the finished artwork as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
Our production team compares the dimensions of your uploaded gang sheet files with the total sheet length purchased. If there is a significant difference, we will contact you by email before proceeding. If the uploaded artwork is shorter than the purchased length, store credit may be issued for the applicable difference. If the uploaded artwork exceeds the purchased length, an additional payment may be required.
Production may be paused until the size difference is resolved. Uploaded gang sheets are not automatically resized or rearranged.
