Your gang sheet must be 22 inches wide. The length of your prepared artwork should match the sheet size selected on the product page.
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is recommended. Prepare raster artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the final print size. Print-ready PDF and Adobe Illustrator files may also be uploaded, but all fonts, backgrounds and design details should be carefully reviewed before ordering.
Yes. You may upload up to eight separate 22-inch-wide, print-ready gang sheet files in one order. Their combined length must equal the total sheet length selected.
For example, with a 22″ × 720″ selection, you may upload three different 22″ × 240″ gang sheet files.
Yes. Transparent backgrounds help prevent unwanted white or colored areas from printing around your designs. Open the exported file before uploading and confirm that no background, shadows or stray pixels remain.
Yes. Download your completed Canva design as a high-quality PNG with Transparent Background enabled.
If you cannot remove the background or are unsure about the exported quality, email an editable Canva link to support@samsdtftransfers.com and include your order number. Confirm that the Canva link is set to “Can edit” before sending it.
Yes, but live text may change if a custom font is missing or unavailable. Save an editable backup, then convert live text to outlines before uploading. For the most predictable result, export the finished artwork as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
Our production team compares the dimensions of your uploaded gang sheet files with the total sheet length purchased. If there is a significant difference, we will contact you by email before proceeding. If the uploaded artwork is shorter than the purchased length, store credit may be issued for the applicable difference. If the uploaded artwork exceeds the purchased length, an additional payment may be required.
Production may be paused until the size difference is resolved. Uploaded gang sheets are not automatically resized or rearranged.
