Does DTF replace screen printing?

DTF does not need to replace your existing screen-printing operation. It can complement it by helping your shop handle full-color artwork, short runs, names and numbers, easy reorders, rush jobs, and overflow production.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Sam’s DTF Transfers does not require a minimum order. You can order a single transfer, a short production run, or transfers for a larger-volume project.

Which ordering method should my shop use?

Choose Order by Size when you want to upload individual designs without creating a gang sheet. Use the Gang Sheet Builder when you want to arrange multiple designs online. Choose Upload-Ready Gang Sheets when your team has already prepared a completed 22-inch-wide production file.

What artwork quality do you recommend?

We recommend original, high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI with a transparent background. Low-resolution artwork may produce soft or pixelated prints and cannot always be improved by enlarging the file.

Is same-day production available?

Yes. All paid, print-ready weekday orders placed by 2 PM CT are printed and shipped the same day. If the artwork contains a quality issue, an incorrect design, or another problem requiring approval or revision, our team will contact the customer and provide an update before proceeding with production.

What heat-press settings should I use?

Our general starting recommendation is 290–310°F for 7–10 seconds with a hot peel, followed by a 3–5 second finishing press. Heat presses and fabrics can vary, so test before beginning a full production run.

Do you offer local pickup in the Dallas–Fort Worth area?

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Richardson, Texas facility. Eligible print-ready orders submitted and paid by 9 AM CT may be available after 1 PM. Please wait for your pickup-ready notification before arriving.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We ship to print shops throughout all 50 states. Eligible orders of $99 or more receive free Standard Shipping, and eligible orders of $249 or more receive free 2-Day Shipping. Paid Next Day delivery is also available.

Can you provide white-label shipping?

White-label shipping may be available for qualifying business orders. Contact our team before ordering so we can review your fulfillment requirements and confirm the available options.
