Simple Cup Wrap Formula: for curved surfaces like tumblers, Libbey glasses, glass cups, and bottles, always measure your product before ordering. If you are ordering a full wrap, measure the circumference of the cup and subtract about 0.2″–0.4″ to leave a clean gap so the UV DTF wrap does not overlap.
Measure the actual product, not only the product listing size.
For tapered cups, measure the area where the design will be applied.
For front decals, choose a size that fits the visible flat area.
For logos and labels, leave enough space around the edges.

Easy Application
How UV DTF Stickers Work
UV DTF stickers are easy to apply to clean, smooth, hard surfaces. No heat press, no water, and no weeding are required. Before applying your UV DTF transfer, make sure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, fingerprints, or residue. Once the sticker touches the surface, repositioning may be difficult, so align carefully before pressing.

Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol.

Let the surface dry completely.

Squeegee the front of the transfer.

Peel the backing film carefully.

Align and apply the sticker to the surface.

Press firmly from the center outward.

Slowly peel the top film at a sharp angle.

Press the edges again for a stronger bond.
Application Tip: if any part of the UV DTF sticker lifts while peeling the carrier film, lay the film back down, press that area firmly again, and peel slowly. Avoid heavy washing or rough handling immediately after application to allow the adhesive to bond properly.
Best Results: apply UV DTF transfers only to smooth, clean, hard surfaces. Avoid silicone, raw wood, heavily textured surfaces, oily surfaces, untreated PP/PE plastics, and fabric.
