DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends and many compatible performance fabrics, on both light- and dark-colored garments.
A heat press is the most reliable option for applying DTF transfers. It provides consistent temperature, even pressure, and a flat pressing surface, making it ideal for professional and repeat production.
A Cricut EasyPress can be used for smaller projects and home pressing. It gives more control than a standard iron, but pressure may not be as consistent as a professional heat press.
A home iron can work for small personal projects, but it is not recommended for the most consistent DTF results. Irons do not provide even heat or steady pressure across the full design.

Yes. You can prepare a gang sheet in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or another design program and order it through our Upload-Ready DTF Gang Sheets option. Export the completed layout at the final print dimensions with a transparent background and high resolution. When using Illustrator, convert fonts to outlines or export the finished layout as a PNG to help prevent font changes.
No. You can order a single transfer, one gang sheet or a larger production run. Quantity discounts and gang sheet pricing can provide better value for multiple designs or higher-volume orders.
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is recommended for most custom DTF orders. Artwork prepared at 300 DPI at the final print size is ideal. Additional file formats may be supported depending on the ordering method, so review the requirements on the selected product page before uploading.
Qualifying print-ready weekday orders submitted before 2 PM Central Time may enter same-day production. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Large orders, file concerns or orders requiring clarification may need additional processing time.
