Which fabrics can I press Sam's DTF on?
Our professional-grade transfers work perfectly on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, Triblends, Canvas, and even Spandex. Since we use high-stretch inks, the print won't crack on elastic fabrics.
What is the wash durability of your wholesale transfers?
When applied correctly with a professional heat press, our DTF transfers are laboratory tested to last 75+ washes without significant fading or cracking. For best results, wash inside out in cold water.
Which file formats do you accept?
For the best print quality, we recommend PNG (with transparency), PDF, AI, or SVG files. Ensure your designs are at least 300 DPI. Our team also performs a "Pro-File Verification" before printing to catch low-res issues.
How does the "Instant Hot Peel" work?
Time is money in wholesale production. Unlike traditional cold-peel films, our technology allows you to peel the film immediately after pressing while it's still hot. No cooling time required—this doubles your production speed.
What is the turnaround for bulk orders?
Consistency is our promise. All orders (including bulk gang sheets) placed before 2 PM CST are printed and shipped from our Richardson, TX facility the same business day.
