How to Search for Items and Shops?

After you search for something, click Custom under Shop location. Type in your city, town, state, or country and select your location from the dropdown. Your search results will refresh and only show you items from shops in the location you chose.

How to Contact a Shop?

If you contacted the seller more than 48 hours ago, choose Open a case so Etsy can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos. 

The shop is an independent business. Etsy shops are run by sellers who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders.

How do I cancel a gift card?

An Etsy gift card can only be canceled and refunded if the balance hasn’t been used on a purchase. To request a gift card cancellation, go to Contact support at the bottom of this page and include your order number in your request.

How to change your shipping address during checkout?

If you haven't placed your order yet, you can change your shipping address when you check out:
  1. Add an item(s) to your cart. 
  2. Go to your Cart. 
  3. Choose how you’ll pay. 
  4. Go to Proceed to checkout. 
  5. Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven’t already, or select Continue as a guest. 
  6. Under Shipping address, check that the address you want your order shipped to is correct. If it isn’t correct, select Change. 
  7. Select a shipping address or choose Add an address to enter a new address. 
  8. Select Ship here once you have the right address. Select Place your order.

How Do I Update My Shipping Address?

Depending on where you are in the order process, your seller may be able to help you change your shipping address.
