Welcome to Sam’s DTF Transfers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of samsdtftransfers.com (“Site”) and your purchase or use of our products and services.
Sam’s DTF Transfers provides custom DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, gang sheets, ready-to-press designs, custom apparel, and related products and services.
By accessing our Site, creating an account, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Reprint & Return Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country to place an order. If you use our Site on behalf of a company, school, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, contact, and order information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
We may refuse, limit, review, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, system errors, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.
You retain any ownership or licensing rights you have in the artwork, images, logos, photographs, or other content you submit.
By uploading content, you grant Sam’s DTF Transfers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, reproduce, and print that content as reasonably necessary to review, produce, and fulfill your order.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
We do not verify the ownership or licensing status of every uploaded design. You are responsible for claims arising from content you submit.
We may reject or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also cooperate with valid copyright, trademark, DMCA, or law-enforcement requests.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, spelling, dimensions, quantities, transparency, colors, and layout before completing checkout or approving a proof.
Unless a separate design or file-preparation service is purchased, files are generally printed based on the information and artwork submitted by the customer.

We may contact you if we identify an obvious file issue, but we are not required to inspect or correct every design. If we cannot reach you, production may be delayed.
We make reasonable efforts to display and reproduce colors accurately. However, colors may vary due to monitors, devices, artwork color profiles, materials, inks, production processes, and garment or surface characteristics.
Exact screen-to-print or Pantone color matching is not guaranteed unless separately confirmed in writing. Minor variations in color, dimensions, placement, or finishing that are normal for the production process are not considered defects.
Application results depend on the equipment, temperature, time, pressure, garment, surface, storage, and application method used by the customer. Customers should follow the current application instructions and test one transfer before applying the full order.
Most products sold by Sam’s DTF Transfers are custom or made to order. Custom products cannot be returned, changed, refunded, or reprinted because of customer error, incorrect artwork, incorrect order information, or a change of mind.
Verified production defects, damaged products, incorrect items, missing quantities, shipping claims, cancellations, reprints, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund, Reprint & Return Policy .
Unless required by law, any approved resolution applies only to the affected portion of the order.
Order-related claims must be submitted through our Order Issue Form . Do not return any product unless our support team provides return instructions.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Order Issue Form within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Submitting a request within 30 minutes does not guarantee cancellation. An order may be cancelled or changed only if artwork processing or production has not started.
Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production begins.
Prices, products, promotions, discounts, and availability may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid, except when the price resulted from an obvious website, system, or typographical error.
We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, promotions, or availability. If an error materially affects your order, we may contact you, offer available options, or cancel and refund the affected order.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and charges shown at checkout.
Promotional codes and special offers:
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Production estimates begin after payment and usable artwork have been received.
Same-day production or shipping offers apply only when the order meets the posted cutoff time, artwork requirements, and other conditions shown on the Site. Orders requiring customer approval, file correction, or additional information may be delayed.
Only paid Next Day Delivery is a guaranteed shipping service. The guarantee remains subject to the carrier’s terms, eligibility requirements, and exclusions.
If an eligible Next Day Delivery shipment arrives after the carrier’s guaranteed delivery date, any approved refund is limited to the amount paid for that shipping service. It does not include the product or order value.
Standard, Ground, 2-Day, Express, free shipping, and all other delivery timeframes are estimates only. They are not guaranteed, and late delivery does not qualify for a refund of shipping fees or order costs.
Weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, delivery changes, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may not qualify for a shipping refund.
Lost, damaged, or missing packages are reviewed according to our Refund, Reprint & Return Policy. We may require completion of a carrier investigation before providing a replacement or refund.
If we cannot ship an order within a specifically promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
You may not use the Site or our services to:
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services for violations of these Terms.
Our Site may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, review platforms, design tools, and other third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may invite customers to submit reviews, photos, comments, or feedback. By voluntarily submitting this content, you grant Sam’s DTF Transfers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on our Site, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
We may make minor edits for grammar, length, or formatting, but we will not intentionally change the meaning or sentiment of a review.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unrelated, or violates another person’s rights. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from posting an honest review or expressing a genuine opinion about our products or services.
We may send transactional communications regarding your order, including order confirmations, artwork questions, production updates, pickup notifications, shipping information, and account alerts.
Promotional emails or SMS messages will be sent according to applicable consent requirements. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link. For automated SMS messages, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent us from contacting you when reasonably necessary to process or fulfill an order, subject to applicable law.

Information may be processed by service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, communication providers, and other tools needed to operate our business and fulfill orders.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express promises stated in our policies.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in this section limits the remedies expressly provided under our Refund, Reprint & Return Policy or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam’s DTF Transfers and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, labor costs, garment costs, or business interruption.
Our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of that order.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sam’s DTF Transfers and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

We may suspend or terminate access to our Site or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, submitted unlawful content, engaged in fraud, or created a security risk.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, intellectual property responsibilities, indemnification duties, or other provisions that reasonably survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page.
Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order unless a change is required by law or accepted by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced here, constitute the agreement between you and Sam’s DTF Transfers regarding your use of the Site and services.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and any transaction or dispute involving Sam’s DTF Transfers are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms, the Site, or an order must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Dallas County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
You and Sam’s DTF Transfers consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
