What is an upload-ready DTF gang sheet?

An upload-ready DTF gang sheet is a complete print layout created before ordering. All designs should already be sized, positioned and arranged on a 22-inch-wide canvas at the final print dimensions.

What dimensions should my gang sheet be?

Your gang sheet must be 22 inches wide. The length of your prepared artwork should match the sheet size selected on the product page.

What file format and resolution should I upload?

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is recommended. Prepare raster artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the final print size. Print-ready PDF and Adobe Illustrator files may also be uploaded, but all fonts, backgrounds and design details should be carefully reviewed before ordering.

Can I upload more than one gang sheet file?

Yes. You may upload up to five separate 22-inch-wide, print-ready gang sheet files in one order. Their combined length must equal the total sheet length selected. For example, with a 22″ × 720″ selection, you may upload three different 22″ × 240″ gang sheet files.

Does my gang sheet need a transparent background?

Yes. Transparent backgrounds help prevent unwanted white or colored areas from printing around your designs. Open the exported file before uploading and confirm that no background, shadows or stray pixels remain.

Can I upload a gang sheet created in Canva?

Yes. Download your completed Canva design as a high-quality PNG with Transparent Background enabled. If you cannot remove the background or are unsure about the exported quality, email an editable Canva link to support@samsdtftransfers.com and include your order number. Confirm that the Canva link is set to “Can edit” before sending it.

Can I upload an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file?

Yes, but live text may change if a custom font is missing or unavailable. Save an editable backup, then convert live text to outlines before uploading. For the most predictable result, export the finished artwork as a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

What happens if my selected sheet size does not match my artwork?

Our production team compares the dimensions of your uploaded gang sheet files with the total sheet length purchased. If there is a significant difference, we will contact you by email before proceeding. If the uploaded artwork is shorter than the purchased length, store credit may be issued for the applicable difference. If the uploaded artwork exceeds the purchased length, an additional payment may be required. Production may be paused until the size difference is resolved. Uploaded gang sheets are not automatically resized or rearranged.

Will my gang sheet be reviewed before printing?

Our production team reviews submitted gang sheets for common print-quality concerns and may contact you by email when clarification is needed. This review does not replace your final artwork approval. Please check spelling, dimensions, fonts, backgrounds, placement and image quality before submitting your order.

How quickly will my gang sheet be produced?

Qualifying print-ready orders placed before 2 PM CT may be eligible for same-day production. Artwork concerns and other production requirements can affect turnaround time. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Same-day production does not guarantee same-day delivery.
